International Coastal Cleanup Day

September 18, 2021 is International Coastal Cleanup Day! This is a day for community members to come together and take action at your local beach or green space. Not only is it a great opportunity to make a noticeable impact on the environment, but coastal cleanups can be a great way to meet like-minded individuals and enjoy nature.

In honour of International Coastal Cleanup Day, Know North Shore will be hosting a shoreline cleanup at Ambleside beach! We will meet on September 18 at 11:00am, on the beach in front of The Boatshed cafe. Bring gloves and a garbage bag if you are able to!
